For years, we have dabbled in real estate, having bought, built, renovated and sold over 7 houses in 10 years. Crazy right? Well the Woodpecker Way project came to be when we decided to make this hobby into more of a business. We wanted to combine our love of design, travel and real estate into making a home that was clean, simple, and balanced, mirroring our goals in life for our family. We found this beautiful property tucked in the woods in a very private area, providing us access to the outdoors and recreation that we love! And this time, we want to share it with all of you.

We have spent much time and thought into creating a simple, balanced and harmonious space, indoors and out. When you arrive at Woodpecker Way you can expect to enter a simple, but warm and inviting atmosphere. The home decor reflects nature, simplicity and balance, and was designed with the comfort of your family in mind. Whether you are looking for a weekend or week long getaway with your family to enjoy the nearby recreational amenities like taking to the hills, the course, the trails or the lake, or to simply relax and unwind in a quiet escape located close by to many spas, the Woodpecker Way is sure to be your home base for your time away. We can also offer you in home grocery delivery service if you want to dine in, or feel free to explore the many incredible dining experiences in and around the area.
